Generally, calling cards work through the use of a toll free access numbers and personal identification codes. To use your card, dial the access number given to you by the provider of the card (this may be printed on the card itself). Once the access call connects, listen for the specific instructions. Some cards have you enter the number you are calling and then your id code, while others do the opposite. Listen carefully to the instructions.

Establishing Myanmar ICT Park is very significant outcome of Government and private collaboration. A group of fifty private companies formed a consortium called Myanmar ICT Development Corporation which has invested for the development of Myanmar ICT Park (Software Park). This is the attempt to boost the software Industry, which has huge potential for the economy. For this new venture, government provides the land and infrastructure. Myanmar ICT Park was inaugurated on 21 January 2002 and 36 local and foreign companies took place with nearly 600 software engineers.
